Our nougat is delicately produced in Italy by Oliviero and Rinati, both family owned businesses that have prided themselves on their nougat for generations. The nougat range includes a variety of different flavours with different packagings. It also has expanded into other products such as almond bars, marrons glaces and shaped nougats.
